Payment is made as an advance payment in cash or by transfer. The transfer must have reached Opisemu OÜ's current account before the agreed lesson takes place. If the payment has not been received within the aforementioned period, the lesson and the package are considered cancelled.

 

When paying by bank transfer, indicate the invoice number and the student's name in the payment description.

 

Opisemu OÜ holds holidays within the school year (with the exception of the summer break) in order to give students with school obligations time to rest.

Packages:

By default, the volume of monthly packages is considered to be 8 academic hours (2 times a week) or 4 academic hours (1 time a week).
1 academic hour = 45 minutes

 

One-time lessons:

1. By default, a one-time lesson is considered to be 1 academic hour. 1 academic hour = 45 minutes
2. Billing is done according to the booked lessons. One lesson per student can be booked at a time. An exception is the accepted wish to book 2 consecutive lessons per student.

 

Cancellation:

1. (Only packages) For lessons canceled due to illness or for other reasons, a refund will be made at the end of the month or a new time will be agreed upon if the Opisemu OÜ teacher has been informed the day before the lesson. No refunds will be given for cancellations made on the same day as the lesson.
2. (Packages only) A maximum refund is made for 2 lessons per month, if the monthly package is lessons 2 times a week (8 academic hours), and 1 lesson if the monthly package is lessons 1 time a week (4 academic hours).

3. (One-time lessons only) Refunds for lessons canceled due to illness or other reasons will be made within 5 working days following the canceled lesson, if the Opisemu OÜ teacher has been informed the day before the lesson. No refunds will be given for cancellations made on the same day as the lesson.
